If you are under 18 and would like help to stop smoking or vaping your school nurse can help you. They can offer you free, confidential advice to help you quit and if needed provide you with free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), such as patches and gum.

If you attend a secondary school in Dudley, your nurse will be in school at least once a week. To find out what day the nurse is at your school speak to your school receptionist.
