This service is for those that are registered with a Dudley GP and need support for problems such as:

sleep issues

generalised anxiety

low mood

worry
-
stress
-
low resilience
They offer a range of support options. They also support people who have a long-term health condition which contributes to their mental health concern.

- This is a primary care service. Those identified as not being suitable for the service will referred on.
Local 24-7 Support Line:
If you need more urgent help and support, there is a 24-7 (24 hours a day, 365 days a year) mental health support line. It is available for Black Country residents of all ages provided by Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust:
