Sometimes being at home for a period of time can lead to increased worry and you may feel more anxious.

Visit our Road to Wellbeing information.  This is a self-help resource for managing the stress of everyday life.

 This service is for those that are registered with a Dudley GP and need support for problems such as:
  • sleep issues
  • generalised anxiety
  • low mood
  • worry
  • stress
  • low resilience
They offer a range of support options. They also support people who have a long-term health condition which contributes to their mental health concern.
  • Contact them online or call on 0800 953 0404 – 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
  • This is a primary care service. Those identified as not being suitable for the service will referred on.
Local 24-7 Support Line:
If you need more urgent help and support, there is a 24-7 (24 hours a day, 365 days a year) mental health support line. It is available for Black Country residents of all ages provided by Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust:
