It is likely that your residents will be taking multiple medications.  However, as a person ages and becomes increasingly frail medications can sometimes start to cause side effects that can, for example, increase their risk of falls.

A medication review can be really helpful.  If you have a resident that your think would benefit from a medication review you can request one by using the form at the right hand side.
