Dudley Borough Citizens Advice
Citizens Advice provides free, impartial, confidential and independent Advice, Guidance and Information on the telephone and face to face.
Opening times
We are open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 9:30am and 3:30pm. Our friendly Contact Centre Assessors will be able to help you immediately over the phone or book you an appointment with one of our Advisers or Caseworkers either at our Super Service located in Dudley town centre (see address below) or one of our partner venues located across the borough.

Welfare Rights Service
Many families are affected by the increases in the cost of living. The Welfare Rights Team can provide emergency financial support via the Household Support Fund for expectant and new families and can help with:
- Utility bills, including gas, electricity and water
- Items linked to utility bills, to support energy saving
- Groceries and household essentials, such as cleaning products, toiletries

This team will also support families with benefits and identify any extra financial support they can access. They can also signpost to other local services including Food Banks & and Baby Banks and support with furniture.
