Steps to Health’s discounted leisure membership is to encourage sedentary people into activity. Dudley’s leisure centres are safe welcoming places for people to begin that lifestyle change. Referrals allow patients access to Crystal, Duncan Edwards (Dudley), or Halesowen Leisure Centres for a discount on memberships for 12 months. Patients using the centre gyms will receive an in-depth induction. Their programme of gym exercise will be designed specifically for them by a trained exercise instructor. The Steps to Health scheme is a one-off referral which cannot be renewed. The scheme allows access to the leisure centres for up to 12 months from the date of joining.
