Health professional care during pregnancy

Once you know you’re pregnant you should speak to your GP and make sure you arrange your booking appointment with your midwife as soon as possible to start your antenatal care. Your booking appointment should be before you are 10 weeks pregnant.

Along with regular midwife appointments you will also meet your Health Visitor at about your 28th week of pregnancy.

Here is more information about your antenatal care and the appointments you will have while pregnant.
