Healthy Families Right from the Start is a free 9-session programme for parents or carers of children aged 0 to 5 years old. The programme covers the following 5 key themes and provides everything you need to help get your little one off to a great start.

•         Parenting confidence 

•         Physical activity for little ones 

•         What children and families eat 

•         Family lifestyle habits 

•         Enjoying life as a family 

Parents and carers attend without their children for sessions 1 to 8. Children are then invited to attend the last celebratory session for fun activities.
