HENRY Preparation for parenthood

Preparation for parenthood is a free 6-session programme you can attend at any time during pregnancy to help you prepare for your baby’s arrival. The course includes practical information to support your pregnancy and help you give your new baby a great start in life. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other expectant parents and build friendships within your community. Your partner or family member can attend alongside you.
