Ingredients

¼ - ½ white cabbage

1 small onion

1 large carrot

1-2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise

1-2 tablespoons low-fat natural yoghurt

Ground black pepper

Method

1. Finely slice the cabbage.

2. Peel and finely slice the onion.

3. Wash and grate the carrot.

4. Mix together the vegetables in a bowl.

5. Add the mayonnaise, yoghurt and black pepper and mix well.
