Cream Cheese or Natural Yoghurt Dip

Ingredients
Base one:
5 tablespoons of soft cream cheese
Base two:
5 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
Flavour one:
1 tablespoon pesto
Flavour two:
1 tablespoon of paprika
½ pepper, finely diced
Flavour three:
1 tablespoon of tomato puree
½ pepper, finely diced
Method
1. Mix either of the base ingredients with one of the flavour combinations.
2. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
Dunkers:
Pitta bread, warm or cold, cut into strips
Carrots, cucumber, celery or pepper batons
Prepared mange tout and baby sweetcorn
Fresh prawns or crab sticks
Breadsticks, wholemeal crackers
