Ingredients

Banana and Strawberry:

2 bananas

400g (14oz) strawberries

3-4 tablespoons natural yoghurt

½ pint (10fl oz) semi-skimmed milk

Berry:

4 handfuls berries e.g. blueberries, strawberries

2 bananas

3-4 tablespoons natural yoghurt

½ pint (10fl oz) semi-skimmed milk

Coconut & Mango:

2 mangoes, peeled, stone removed, then roughly chopped

½ tin coconut milk

3-4 tablespoons natural yoghurt

½ pint (10fl oz) semi-skimmed milk

Orange, Peach & Raspberry:

200ml (7fl oz) unsweetened orange juice

175g (6oz) raspberries

1 tin of peaches in juice, drained

Peach:

1 tin of peaches in juice, drained

1 small banana, peeled and roughly chopped

3-4 tablespoons natural yoghurt

½ pint (10fl oz) semi-skimmed milk

Tropical:

1 tin of peaches in juice, drained

1 tin of pineapple chunks in juice, drained

100ml (3½fl oz) unsweetened orange juice

juice of 1 lemon

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
