Triple P is an online parenting programme. It provides a toolbox of ideas and strategies for parents to choose from.

It has a strong evidence base, with parents/carers worldwide reporting improved mental health and better relationships with children/partners.

Parents can access the programme for children aged 2-10 years or the TEEN programme if they have children aged 11-16 years.

This online programme is free for all parent/carers who live in the Dudley Borough. Registration is required to access the course.
