It’s free, easy to do and one of the simplest ways of getting more active.
It is recommended that we take 10,000 steps every day. There are a range of programmes available in Dudley to help people to increase their activity levels through walking more. Whether you want to walk as part of a group, or on your own there is something for everyone.

Signage in parks – There are signage boards in most parks showing routes within the parks, giving information on time and distance
Walking Trails – Self-guided walks have been created to explore the history and heritage of the borough. These walks can be viewed and downloaded on the Discover Dudley website.
